The University of Latvia has announced a purchase competition for investment gold to the value of 16 704 Lats (23,553 Euros).

On Friday 19 February the ESS Industry Day was held in Copenhagen, Denmark. More than 400 representatives from European business and industry took part and gained information about how to get involved in the construction of the ESS.

Senior representatives from the Danish and Swedish Governments are to speak this Friday at a major industrial conference organised by the European Spallation Source project.

Hungary will become the 14th partner in the ESS project.

An agreement to collaborate on the ESS has been signed by the Spanish and Swedish Goverments

Sweden and Spain will collaborate to move the ESS project towards completion.

The world’s most powerful neutron source should be built in Lund, Sweden, it has been announced by EU Research Ministers.
